Mindful Monday

I am quite late in the day in getting the Mindful Monday post out. It's been more like Movement Monday. Yay to that. One of my colleagues asked if I wanted to go ride the Old Plank Trail with her, and then, of course, that meant getting something to eat in Frankfort afterward. Getting 35 miles in with a post-ride stop at Fat Rosie's was a perfect start to the week.

Progress
I just can't get this running thing going again. I didn't run at all last week. I'm not quitting yet, though. I am determined to regain my not-so-far-in-the-past fitness level... well, maybe 75% of it anyway. My other intention last week was to read more, and I did get a good deal of reading in last week, largely because I was on the train traveling back from the West for most of two days. I am reading This Is Where You Belong by Melody Warnick, Soul Shifts by Barbara De Angelis, and listening to the audiobook Movement Matters by Katy Bowman.
