It's a Blizzard!

Our Winter Storm Warning turned into a Blizzard Warning, and school was canceled today. By the time it is all over, we are supposed to end up with ten to fifteen inches of snow. Of course, I wanted to get out in it a bit...I talked Nick into going for a walk with me to Riverfront Park (a 1.8 mile walk) to take some pictures. Riverfront Park

"Yeah, Mom, this is fun. Can we leave now?"

Don't feel too badly for Nick, though. He made out okay from the deal; I had to make him hot chocolate and homemade bread afterward.
