Ditto!

Another beautiful day! Sunny and 65 degrees right now and not a cloud in the sky. Nick and I went out for another run/bike ride. I ran two miles again, and he rode alongside on the bike. We have found a perfect route that leads us to Riverfront Park. After my run today, we sat on a bench at the top of a hill looking at the river below, talking hockey, etc...a rather nice mother/son moment.

My running goal was to beat yesterday's unimpressive time, and that I did, finishing my short run in 19:59. Maybe soon I will shoot for a three-mile run. I only wish I could be so motivated to tackle grading that pile of essays I brought home!
