Another record breaking day...

...for the weather, that is--not my running. 65 degrees today! Perfect running temperature. I ran 2.15 miles in 22:12. The extra .15 mile was simply so that I could say I ran farther than last time. I have felt so good about getting out running again and have decided to sign up for the Jingle Bell 5K coming up Dec. 10. It will be my first 5K in almost two years.
