The Sin Bin

I was reprimanded by my children today. They said I swear too much. Then they told me that every time I cuss I have to put a dollar in the "sin bin." At the end of the month, I was informed, all the money from the sin bin goes to the poor.

I might not be leading by example, but I must be doing something right with these boys.

$2 went in the sin bin today. Damn.

So that would mean ... if you really wanted to be a good person and help the poor ... you would swear A LOT! Go for it! Help the hell out of those poor people! Kick poverty's- well, you get the idea.

Unless you really think that by using the word shit (or damn, hell, fuck, etc.) you are actually putting a curse on people. Then, well, then you should stop because it's not nice to put curses on people....
