Bundt Cake #15: Almond Cream Cheese
This one went to a colleague in my department who retired after something like 32 years of teaching. Kudos to him. It is almond cream cheese: almond cream cheese cake with a cream cheese frosting and edible glitter sprinkled on top. After I gave it to him, I realized that I forgot to put a little almond extract in the frosting. Oops, that's what happens when you get up at 7 a.m. to make frosting. Oh well, there is some in the cake.
