#5 Soon to Come...

I didn't have time to bake over the weekend, so I am a little behind on #5. My plan is to get to it tomorrow morning. I am going to make a chocolate pomegranate bundt cake for Friday's 9 a.m. creative writing class.

I just got a couple of new bundt cake pans and put in a couple of online orders for baking supplies (high grade vanilla, white and dark chocolate sprinkles, edible glitter, etc.). Can't wait to see where we can go with all that. ;)

How is a bundt cake different from other cakes? Is it the pans you use or something?

Yes, that is exactly it, Gina. There are so many cool bundt cake pans out there, too!

Oooh, I thought it was that and something like the moistness cause the one you shared with us was all moist and melt-in-your-mouth-like. Just the pans? Wow, I feel incompetent now. Hah. Oh, well. Guess it's good to have weaknesses, too.

Yes, it is an awesome recipe. I don't think I have ever eaten such a moist cake! The cake has pudding and yogurt in it...I think that is what makes it so mouth-watering moist.
