Bundt Cake #3 and #4: Cinnamon Streusel


This week I made Cinnamon Streusel Bundt Cake found here. I made two of these, one to give away and one to keep. I guess I bake the same way I Christmas shop...one for you, one for me. The one shown here was the one I kept. The other went to the now-identified mystery neighbor who snowblowed my driveway after the last snowstorm. As you can see, I didn't do anything fancy with presentation. I had tickets for the Illinois State/Purdue hockey game and suddenly found myself out of baking time. The cake turned out fabulously, though. My younger son declared that this is his new favorite. The older son is still attached to the peanut butter/chocolate chip number.

Oh, well, fine... pretty soon we're going to run out of cake. Cake or death? Cake, please. Well, we're all out of cake. Fine, then, I'll have the chicken. Alright, chicken it is.

Gina: I will have to check that out. Unfortunately, I don't have speakers on my office computer, so it will have to wait until I get home. (And, well, of course, I don't use work time for personal sorts of things...eh hem...)
